Pirate Makeover Coming To Magic Kingdom In June The Orlando Sentinel is reporting that new attraction Pirates League, which will open at Magic Kingdom theme park June 29, will perform swashbuckling makeovers. Participants will receive pirate names before receiving a variety of accessories, including beards, eye patches, scarves, scars, earrings and gold teeth. These will be applied by a "veteran pirate" with sea-sailing tales.

WDW Resort Now On iPhone & iPod touch Now guests of Walt Disney World Resort can access a powerful new vacation planning and in-park guide on their iPhone or iPod touch. At over 200 pages, including over 150 photos, they now can have all of Walt Disney World Resort in the palm of their hand wherever they go and whenever they want.

Monster's, Inc. Ride & Go Seek! Debuts In Tokyo The first new attraction to open at Tokyo Disneyland in five years, Monster's Inc. Ride & Go Seek officially opened yesterday. The attraction is set in Monsters, Inc., the company where the humorous and eccentric monsters work. Here, Mike, Sulley, and the other monsters have come up with a plan to entertain the human girl Boo with a game of flashlight tag.

Play Toy Story Mania At Home - Only On Wii Disney Interactive Studios has announced Toy Story Mania!, inspired by the Disney/Pixar animated feature 'Toy Story,' will be released exclusively for the Wii home video game console this fall. Toy Story Mania! showcases an array of entertaining games based on the new Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort attractions, while featuring the iconic characters and humor from The popular Disney/Pixar 'Toy Story' franchise.

New Waterfront Eatery Opens At WDW's Downtown Disney Early May 2009 Paradiso 37, a high-energy restaurant and bar featuring cuisine from North, South and Central America, welcomes guests to its table in May at Pleasure Island at Downtown Disney at Walt Disney World Resort. The lakeside eatery will offer a delectable variety of menu offerings representing the 37 countries of the Americas, plus an international wine bar, 37 varieties of tequila and 10 signature frozen margaritas.

Characters In Flight Debuts at Walt Disney World Downtown Disney guests will get a bird's-eye view of Walt Disney World Resort as they soar to new heights in a new attraction now open at Downtown Disney's West Side near Pleasure Island. Characters in Flight, operated by Aerophile, is a giant tethered gas balloon with a whimsical Disney design featuring a dozen of Disney's animated flying characters in silhouette such as Mary Poppins, Peter Pan and Dumbo.

Chef Remy Comes To Life At Les Chefs de France In Epcot The newest chef at Walt Disney World Resort may be small in stature, but he's a big hit with guests enjoying haute cuisine at Les Chefs de France in Epcot. With his flair for French fare, diners of all ages are eating up his whimsical tableside visits. His name is Remy, and he's the rat-turned-chef made famous in the Academy Award-winning Disney/Pixar film 'Ratatouille.'
