American Idol Winner Scotty McCreery Visits Disney's Hollywood Studios

The 2011 “American Idol” winner, 17 year old Scotty McCreery visited Disney's Hollywood Studios this morning. Scott was the featured attraction in a parade where McCreery joined Mickey Mouse in a sports car near the park’s entrance and take a celebratory ride down Hollywood Blvd. toward the Sorcerer Mickey Hat icon. Scotty and Mickey stopped at a specially constructed stage, where Scotty then performed his new single, "I Love You This Big". INTERCOT covered all the happenings on our Twitter page - @INTERCOT.

Star Tours 3D Re-Opens At Hollywood Studios!

Disney's Hollywood Studios welcomes a revamped Star Tours attraction back to the fold later this morning - now in 3D - and with multiple versions so you don't take the same ride each time! Follow us on twitter @INTERCOT for updates live from the event. We also were at the Media Event last nite and were able to catch a spectacular Star Wars themed fireworks show in HD Video to share with you. Check our YouTube page and Enjoy!

AMC Dine-In Theatres Open At Downtown Disney

Guests will be able to watch the latest movies while enjoying their favorite food and beverages at AMC Downtown Disney 24 located in Downtown Disney at Walt Disney World Resort. AMC Dine-In Theatres, the only theatre of its kind in the Orlando area, debuted at this location May 16 and combines restaurant cuisine and cocktails with AMC’s noted immersive movie theatre experience and hit movies.

2011 Holiday Party Tickets On Sale

Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party" and "Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party" dates have been released. These are hard ticket events. Guests must purchase separate admission to attend. Walt Disney World limits the number of tickets sold in order to keep the crowds down and many dates sell out in advance. Purchase tickets by calling (407) W-DISNEY. Tickets go on sale, May 1, 2011.
